📢 DESTRUCTION OF SPECIAL EDUCATION RECORDS NOTICE‼️

✅Beginning May 1st of each school year, the Bismarck School District Special Education Department will destroy Special Education records that are a minimum of six (6) years old.

✅Per state and federal guidelines, these records can be destroyed six years after a student leaves the program.

✅Parents/guardians and adult students (18 or older) have the right to review and request copies before destruction.
